Our Warranty
All of our buildings are guaranteed for three years against defects in workmanship. This warranty is good from the date of purchase for three (3) full years.
Warrantor shall not be liable for the natural characteristic of some wood to split, warp, or twist, or for any consequential damages caused by any person or caused by animals including, but not limited to, chewing on the wooden parts such as siding, trims, battens, etc. Warrantor shall also not be liable for any damages done to the building by flooding, hurricane, or any other acts of God that can not be controlled by the Warrantor.
NOTE: The Warranty is only provided if the barn foundation is done by Maple Grove Construction, Inc. If the foundation for the barn is done by a customer or a third party, no Warranty for the barn shall be provided.
For safety reasons, the builder reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice.
